Q:
1.5 years ago I had surgery to help with my profile. I thought the chin was my main issue, but in fact it was chin and nose combination. I was not pressured at all for the treatments. I asked for them. Included are photos pre-surgery. Since then, I had some filler in my chin crease, I’ve had some voluma for cheek volume loss, and some Botox in my chin. I’m not getting the results I want. It’s the weak chin and jaw line.. was booking an appointment for filler. Thoughts?

Hello and thanks for posting.
Deep structural filler for jawline and chin is often needed after chin implant and reconstructive jaw surgery.
It would make sense to use a more durable longer-acting filler. My personal favorites are Voluma, which can last up to 2 years, and Bellafill, which has a permanent component – PMMA. In either case, results are best with gradual volume restoration in multiple treatment sessions at least several weeks apart to allow time for the tissue to accommodate the additional volume.
I hope that this information helps and best of luck to you!
