Heidi M. Donath, R.M.C., has worked in the medical field for over 30 years. She has been working with Dr. Pierone for 20 years and is currently his Office Manager and Director of Accounts. Heidi moved to Vero Beach 23  years ago from Vermont. She previously worked at Southern Vermont Medical Center and Perkins Medical Supply. She enjoys boating, going to the beach and spending time with her family.

Gina has dedicated 25 years to the medical and dental fields, primarily focusing on managing patient flow at Dr. Gerald Pierone’s practice in Vero Beach, Florida.

For the past 20 years, Gina has called Florida home, embracing the state’s vibrant outdoor lifestyle. She enjoys spending time at the beach and engaging in various water activities. In her leisure moments, Gina treasures time with her eight grandchildren and actively participates in assisting elderly community members.

Janet joined Facial Rejuvenation in 2019 as a front desk receptionist and has over 25 years of experience in the medical field. She strives to help create a welcoming atmosphere and to maintain smooth patient flow.
Originally from West Virginia, Janet has lived in Florida for over 35 years. She enjoys walks by the water, watching movies and working out.

Misty joined our team in 2011, bringing a wealth of experience in both nursing and esthetics. She was excited to merge her passion for these fields in a role that allows her to utilize both of these skill sets, making it a perfect fit. As our practice expanded, Misty’s leadership and expertise naturally led her to becoming the Nursing team leader. With her calming, confident demeanor she has a special ability to ease even the most anxious patients, ensuring they feel completely at ease. Always eager to help, she’s a true team player. In her free time, Misty enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and paddleboarding with her husband, as well as spending quality time with her grown children, their spouses, and her four grandchildren. Originally from Colorado, Misty has called Sebastian her home for over 35 years, witnessing and appreciating most of the many changes in the community throughout that time.

Stephnie Vellucci is a native Floridian, born and raised in sunny Fort Pierce. Coming from a family of nurses, ever since a very young age she has always dreamed of becoming a nurse. Stephnie pursued those dreams and graduated as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Prior to graduating as a nurse, Stephnie worked with chimpanzees who were rescued from testing labs and zoos at a sanctuary for three years also working in the vet department for a short period of time. She has previous experience in orthopedics and substance abuse treatment. Stephnie joined Dr. Pierone’s nursing team in 2021. She wishes to advance her nursing career focusing on a specialty in the aesthetics field. In her free time Stephnie enjoys spending time with her four young nephews, watching movies with her husband and spending time with their three dogs.

Paula joined Facial Rejuvenation in 2023. Originally from Santiago-Chile, Vero Beach has been her home for over 20 years.
Paula is certified and trained to perform all of our lasers and treatments. In her free time Paula enjoys going to the beach with her family.
